Caller information disclosure request

Requesting disclosure of sender information is a procedure established based on the Provider Liability Limitation Act.
If information regarding rights infringement is transmitted using the internet services provided by the J: J:COM Group, it is possible to request that the J:COM Group disclose the information of the sender of the rights infringement information.

Procedure flow

J:COM Group consists of a group management company (JCOM Corporation) and multiple operating companies.
Group management companies are responsible for service infrastructure development, content production, procurement, etc., and operating companies provide J:COM brand services to customers in their respective regions.

Communication logs are maintained by JCOM Co., Ltd., an internet service provider.
After the communication log is preserved, each operating company that holds the sender information will be identified.

  • *JCOM Co., Ltd. does not hold caller information.

Therefore, we are once again asking you to submit a caller information disclosure request form addressed to each operating company that holds caller information.

How to proceed

Please fill out the required information on the request form, attach the designated documents, and send it to the mailing address below.

  • *Due to equipment reasons, it may not be possible to identify the caller information.
  • *Depending on the progress of the opinion inquiry, it may take several months for the results to be communicated.

Evidence that a right has been violated
(Copy of the website, etc.) 1 copy
  • 1 copy for provider
  • *Please print and submit with the website URL visible.
Identity verification documents
  • Individuals: Copy of driver's license, My Number card, etc.
  • Corporation: Certificate of registered matters (certificate of current matters, certificate of history matters), etc.
  • *If you use your My Number Card as your identity verification document, you do not need to submit the back side with your personal number written on it.
  • *If you are an individual, please submit one document that is within the expiration date, and if you are a corporation, please submit one document that is within 3 months from the date of issue.
  • *If you are represented by an attorney and the agent represents to us that he or she has confirmed the identity of the person whose rights have been infringed, the submission of identity verification documents may be omitted.
Power of attorney (if request is made by a representative)

Please submit one copy of a power of attorney that clearly shows that you have been delegated the power of attorney regarding the voluntary request for disclosure of sender information.
When writing the other party, please write "JCOM Co., Ltd.".

A document with the name and seal of the site administrator

Please submit one copy of the document proving the timestamp (in seconds) disclosed by the website administrator, the source IP address, etc.

When sending documents addressed to each operating company

  • *If the sender can be identified, the operating company will inform the sender of the details of the request and ask for their opinion to confirm whether they consent to information disclosure.
    At that time, we will send the request form and evidence to the sender, so please submit the request form and evidence for inquiry to the sender in a manner that can be disclosed to the sender.
    Additionally, if there are any materials that you do not wish to be sent to the sender, please indicate this on the invoice.
  • *If the submitted documents are missing or require confirmation, we may ask you to submit additional documents or resend them.
